Canazei is situated high in the mountains and it lies at the foot
of the well known Dolomites. Sassolungo, Sella and Marmolada are
some famous names, just to mention some of them. From the town of
Canazei, Pordoi, Sella and Fedaia passes are easy to reach. Just
a few minutes are necessary to drive into wild nature. The sun light
glimmering through the branches and the rocks have a magical effect
on the colours and the mountains of these places, which are enchanting
and attractive in every moment of the day and in every day of every
season.
Canazei is also known for its snow slopes which are included the
Sellaronda circuit with its four passes, and the Dolomiti Superski.
There are hundred of kilometres run on ski, and many opportunities
to choose among different kinds of slopes, difficulty or easy ones,
depending on skill and preparation of everyone.
How to reach Canazei:
- by car: from Bolzano (50 km) through Val d’Ega and Costalunga
pass (Carezza),
from Egna-Ora (65 km) following the indications
to Cavalese, Fiemme Valley and Fassa Valley.
- by coach: from the biggest italian cities travels to Canazei
are organized.
- by train: to Trento and then by coach of the “Trentino
Trasporti” to Canazei (100 km).
- by air: arrivals in Milan, Venezia or Verona, by train to Trento,
by coach from Trento up to Canazei.

The Hotel Pareda is situated near che center of Canazei and close
to the Belvedere-Sellaronda lifts. A hundred metres far from the
hotel there is the ski school, two hundred metres away there is a
cross-country ski slope and a bit further the fun park with plays
for kids and tennis court, soccer ground and bowling alley for adults. |
